About Association
The Elocution and Debate Association (DC) of Sathaye College strives to develop the Public Speaking Skills of the students by providing them the platform to excel in oratory skills. It aims to foster in the students a critical ability to think, develop and present their ideas in rhetorical manner that contributes towards their overall personality development. Our students have continued to bring laurels to the Association and the College by achieving several Prizes and Awards across college-level and University level competitions and events. In the Youth Festival organized by the Mumbai University in 2019, the First Prize was bagged by Sathaye College in the Marathi Story-Telling Competition. The Association hosted an Inter-collegiate Festival “AAVEG-19” in the college on 7th and 8th February 2019 and celebrated a variety of events and competitions joyously with an overwhelming participation of students across the colleges affiliated to Mumbai University.
