The detailed programs of the respective examinations showing the duration of each question paper and the number of marks assigned will put up on the notice-board from time to time. Appearing for all the examinations is compulsory.
The students should note that they will be examined in Theory and Orals or Practicals or Tutorials or Seminar and their performance in each Test-Examination will be taken into consideration while promoting them to the next higher class. For this purpose, students` attendance will also be considered.
Assessed answer-books of all the examinations except those of the 2nd Terminal Examination are returned to the students in the classrooms from time to time.
Due consideration will be given to the Term-Work such as tutorials, practicals, projects, and home assignments if any.
The final result of the F.Y.J.C. classes will be decided on the average marks (a+b+c+d)/2 in each subject where:
a = the number of marks obtained at the First Terminal Exam.

If a student is found copying or using unfair means in any paper/subject at an examination, the student will be expelled from the examination and his performance in that subject will be treated as null and void. For the purpose of computation of the final result, the student will be treated to have scored "Zero" marks in that subject at the examination. Such students may not be eligible for admission to this college.
